My Christmas Planner Buddy Goodies

So I've had the pleasure of a getting to know my Planner Buddy Shirlene over this past year and I have to say we have shared so much during this year even to being diagnosed with Spinal Stenosis around the same time and being in therapy at the exact same time.  But I do know and strongly believe we were put together for a reason.

So let's jump into the wonderful package I recieved from her

My handmade Christmas Card

Next you have the Planner Charm that I love and it includes an Angel and a Cross with a Twine Knot to remind me that I'm never alone God always has my back.

Here we have a set of Stamps from TPC Studio these are the Sentiments stamps
Top:: Mini Chalkboard Magnet
Bottom:: Imaginisce Owl Cling Stamp
Right:: i-Clips set of 8 Owl Magnetic Bookmarks

Masking Tape Washi Set and The Happy Planner Motivational Sticker 6 Sheet Set

Top:: Set of 6 Felt Owl Clips
Bottom::  Tin Owl canister
Right:: Owl stickers
You see the theme here right???

Yes, I love owls and what's funny I didn't even know I loved them so much until I started using a paper planner in July 2014 and since then I have stickers, mugs, cups, clips now the only thing I need is a cute tote and T-shirt of course they must be blinged out!!!!

Lastly in  my package was this Adult Coloring Book geared toward Bible art which is important to me.  I look forward to coloring in this book in the weeks to come as I recover from my next round of treatemnts.  This year has been a trying one for me and my Planner Buddy Shirlene which you can check her out on YouTube and Instagram

As always take care be encouraged and be creative!!!!

Planner Upgrade and Christmas Bonaza

So I've been using the Erin Condren Life Planner(EC) since July of 2014 and as the end of this year approached I was trying to figure out exactly what direction I wanted to go in my Planner for 2016. I had mentioned this to my Planner Buddy Shirlene and she asked me about the Happy Planner.  Well I began to look at YouTube videos and the more I watched the more I was intrigued to give it a try.  My only concern is that the paper quality wouldn't be like EC and also would it fit into my Kikki K binder.

Well a few weeks ago my girlfriend came down from Cleveland and we made our way to Michaels and this is what happened

I was able to find The Happy Planner and I got the Good Things are Going to Happen version
and a few goodies.  Now I need to say that the EC Planner is $50 plus and my new Planner with coupon was only $13 which I really have to say Sealed the Deal for me.

This was my very first time doing a Monthly layout and honestly I might give this a go in 2016.  I used FREE PRINTABLES from  CuteDaisy and random washi, journaling card and other embellishments

This is my week view with a variety of washi, stickers homemade stickers and me loving this Happy Planner so far.  Check me out in a few weeks for a more in depth review of my Happy Planner and how I'm adapting to the layout.

Influenster has Done It Again Unilever Dry Spray Retail Challenge

Hello everyone

I've been a part of Influenster for the past few years and I'm always excited to try new products and give my opinion to you all.  This time I qualified for the Retail Challenge testing out the Unilever Try Dry VoxBox Spray with the Degree spray.  It says it will go on dry and provide the protection that it is known for.

I have had my Degree Dry Spray for the past week and I have to say it is living up to it's claim to not only go on dry but it remains dry/  I have to admit that I use to the old spray deodorants and they were wet and sticky but this product goes on dry and smooth. So it is a great daily product and I will be using this form now on.

Thanks Influenster, WalMart and Unilever Dry Spray for allowing me the chance to use your product and give my opinion.
So if you'd like to get FREE products to try and review hop on over to the Influenster link provided above and sign up and reveiw products to see how you can qualify to get these wonderful products.
Stay tuned for other reivews I will be sharing with you.

Bible Journaling in full Effect

I had almost lost my drive to Journal, Bible Journal and everything. Being in pain consistently doesn't exactly keep you in good spirits but as a child of the King I thank God for his gentle reminder that we can do all things through Christ that strengthens us!!!
Documented Faith's Word of the Month is Practice and as I began to pray about what it is I need to Practice. I was lead to honestly look at how have been scattered all over the place. The verse  Isaiah 26:3 Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace , whose mind is stayed on thee; because he trusteth in thee KJV. Well, this put me in the right frame of mind to get in gear and reconnect with God through his Word.

Consistency was the Word for the week and I'm practicing staying in my Word and documenting my Bible Study time I was lead to 1 John 4:1-6

this is the Tip-In (a tip-in is where you add a Project Life
We Are Memory Keepers Cards)
to add extra dialogue

This one is Colossians 3:23-24 and I drew my hand as a symbol of Serving God by
serving others

This is Psalm 55:22
Practicing my Faith that God loves me enough to handle my excess baggage.

Philippians 1:6
In my tests, declining health, lack and despair I'm believing God to
complete the Work that he began in Me

My Pastor preached from Deuteronomy 9:1-5
and here I'm asking God to Go before Me in everything I do

Enjoying My Journaling

Hey Y'all
Thanks for coming back to see me and find out what I've been up to!!  I saw a Instagram tutorial and of course I was hooked but because I had therapy I had to stop at 1 but more are in the works.

Then here's a peek at my Erin Condren Planner you can see its been removed from the coils and placed in a Kikki K A5 Planner.  I have really gotten carried away with all the pretty stickers, Washi tapes and such since I first got it last year in June. I can remember being so excited about getting it that I truly watched hundreds of hours of YouTube videos of ECLP reviews but I'm so glad I did!!!

As with anyone who loves all things paper it has really been amazing how I turned into the person that needed to add more to the mix. So what did I add........my Fawndoris here's a link to the YouTube video I created. They've  come to be the extras I didn't know I always needed

                  THIS IS A PEAK AT MY Documented Faith ENTRY

I also decided to make some magnet bookmarks and I'm really glad with how they turned out it took alot of searching on YouTube but I finally found the right method to get the results I was looking for.

Well, other than therapy and church I'm just enjoying all that I've shared with you. So be blessed and find your little piece of heaven

Periscope, Canva and a Few Other Things

Good Afternoon,

I don't always like to let the "cat out the bag" to early but if I don't share how will you know what's going on in my world.  Let me start off by saying this last few weeks have been way off, what do I mean....well for one I've felt bad, two I'm off my Bible Study time, not sleeping well, just in a rut and right at the cusp of a breakthrough all at once!!

There are some major things going on in my life but I still can't discuss them with you all right now but Oh when I can we(you can join in if you want to) will be rejoicing!!! I have been looking into what's next for my life and I had to remember to consult with God on that since He orchestrated everything up til now anyway.  I was fortunate enough though to be introduced by way of Twitter to Periscope and after watching, taking notes, sending a few emails, following advice I put it out there that today would be by 1st Periscope.  Well, I did it and if you download the Periscope app and follow me Ptitus123 you can watch my first scope.  It was just a 5 minute Scope to introduce myself but the point is I Did It!!!!

So here is my advertisement for Periscope using a wonderful tool Canva that allows you to create graphics like this one.

Well, I have some other things I need to be doing while my daughter is ready to help me so I will get back with you all later.  Until then, I pray all is well and that you're doing well and living your Purpose!!!!

Feeling A Bit Excited

Hey Everyone

I told you I'd be back and here I am!!!  I wanted to come and do a short blog to keep my Word which is something that although my health isn't where I'd like it to be this has become a big thing for me. Even on my worst day I want to be able to try my best to keep my word.  My Dad always told us when we were growing up your Word is Your Bond!! In other words there maybe sometimes in your life that it maybe the only thing you have is your Word and it can make all the difference.

I did something big last week and stepped out on Faith and not to let the "cat out the bag just yet will hold on for a bit until the deal is done and then share it with you all.  I will share this though, since 2013 when my health began to really fail me my attitude about my future really changed.  I love being active and the thought of not being able to come and go as I please especially now is depressing to say the least; but if I wasn't a woman of Faith I would have thrown in the towel last summer when I began to realize that my surgery had not been a complete success.  At 48 I'm asking myself what next and I tell you the opinions, suggestions and perceptions have been something else but I'm so glad that gave me three nuggets of encouragement.  The first one was in early 2013 You don't have to validate yourself in anyone's eyes I will validate you in due season.  The second one came a few days after I came home from my surgery March 2014 I want to heal you from the inside out.  Lastly, You were Healed as you went. Now that last just came a few weeks ago and I told my Pastor I don't know where I'm going but I believe God.

Tomorrow will mark the last day of a project that God gave me back in April.  It is (was) the #90DaysofUplifting project and each day I had to post to Social media mainly to Facebook, Twitter and Instagram something that would be encouraging and uplifting to someone.  It wasn't until I was in for about 2 weeks that God let me know that this is for me also.  You know what I'm coming to realize that God is always wanting what's best for us even when we have to go through something to get to it.

Well this is all for now more to come.  Until next time Be Blessed Be Encouraged and Be Creative

Bible Journaling, Instagram and Documented Faith

    Hello I wanted to share with you a little more about my Faith walk. I found Bible journaling in January of this year after getting more into studying the Word in 2014 via She Reads Truth. It was last year when I found Illustrated Faith on Instagram and let's just say it allowed my love of God and the love to create collided into creating art in my Journaling Bible.  Since beginning this journey I have become a part of many like minded students of the Word of God who through art journaling express our love of God. We have prayed, cried, shared and given to each other. It is so encouraging to know that the Body of Christ is in full effect loving, growing, praying and sharing daily.

In my last post I mentioned winning a Bible Journaling Instagram giveaway   can I just say I love everything and especially the Bible Tabs they are beautiful!!!!  I so look forward to being creative with all of these items.  I hope you will come back and see what I've been able to express as I continually seek to draw closer to God.

I also wanted to share that I'm starting Documented Faith created by Stephanie Ackerman.  I wanted to do this as a way of being more opened to my Faith Walk.  The more you put in the more you get our. I love God and all that He has done for me. She picks a theme for the Month July is Authenticity and each week you journal according the scripture and sub-topic Stephanie post. I came in on week 29 the scripture was Psalm 139:13-14 this method of journaling the Word of God makes me really think more Relational. What do I mean?  How can I make this relational between me and God, how do I apply it to my life daily, how do look honestly at my life, how is it lining up with God's commands for how I conduct myself as a servant of Him.

the following day I journaled it in my Bible by using a ball of yarn and declaring on the Word that I am indeed Beautifully Made

the following day I added a tip in Project Life card themed I AM all of these things.

I hope and pray that if you desire to become closer to God that you will join me and many other Believers in either group Documented Faith, Journaling Bible Community on Facebook.  You will be welcomed with opened arms.

I'm planning to post weekly, so please come back and let me know what you think.  Be Blessed Be Encouraged and as always Be Creative.

Time to Catch you Up

  I can say my illness is sapping the life right out of me! If I didn't have Faith in God I would've thrown in the towel last year!!
I'm still trying to knit and crochet this is about to be a pic heavy post but this will bring you up to speed. I tried my hand st selling some of my goods I even learned how to arm knit Infinity scarves and learn to knit seed stitch which I now love.

Thanks to Instagram I fell in deep curiosity of the Midori Traveler's Notebook and upon stalking YouTube I use my birthday money to invest in not one but two notebooks. While waiting for my Fawndoris created by 3SpeckledFawns I have the Passport size and the Regular size both with extra room. Here's the evolution of my Fawndoris.
Well look for my next post until then Be Blessed and Be Creative!!!!
